Our mission is to provide school sites and families with a safe and supportive environment that helps each student reach their academic, social, and emotional potential.
We nurture students for kindergarten readiness by focusing on self-regulation, social expression, self-care, motor skills, and academics. Using the Frog Street curriculum, we support diverse learners through developmental continuums.
Program Overview
The Oak Grove School District’s Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) program is a parent-paid program that bridges the gap between home and school. We provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for TK–6th grade students at select school sites.
Operating across six district school sites, BASE fosters a cooperative environment built on equity, creativity, and mutual respect. We provide before and afterschool care in group settings maintaining a staff-to-student ratio that typically ranges from 1:16.
